Hotel Restaurant Manager on Duty We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment, maintaining high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Greet and assist guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to maintain high service standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless dining experience Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area Support training and development of team members to enhance skills and service quality
Skills and Qualifications:
