Shift Supervisor-Taco Johns

$17-$20/hr + Flexible Scheduling + Growth Opportunities Taco John's is looking for dependable Shift Leads who can help run strong shifts, support the team, and deliver fast, friendly service in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who works hard, stays organized under pressure, and leads by example. We're looking for people who show up, move with urgency, and take pride in their work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead shifts and support daily operations Help direct and motivate team members Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly customer service Open and close the restaurant properly Handle customer concerns professionally Help train new employees Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Step into any position during busy periods when needed Help create an organized and positive work environment
