$22-$24 per hour

Full Benefits Package + 401(k) Match Make a Positive Difference in the Lives of Others Cottagewood Senior Living is seeking a passionate and experienced Dining Services Director to lead our dining program and create an exceptional dining experience for our residents. This leadership role oversees all aspects of dining operations including food preparation, menu execution, purchasing, budgeting, food safety, resident satisfaction, and team leadership. Responsibilities Lead daily dining services and kitchen operations Ensure meals are prepared and served according to established standards Manage food ordering, inventory, and department budgets Recruit, train, schedule, and develop dining team members Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Build relationships with residents and gather feedback on dining services Participate in resident food committees and special community events Monitor department expenses, labor costs, and financial performance Qualifications 2-3 years of food service leadership experience 2-3 years of culinary or chef experience Experience managing staff, budgets, and purchasing Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills High School Diploma required ServSafe Certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or restaurant management experience preferred Why Cottagewood?
