Job Overview Placemaker Hospitality is seeking an energetic and strategic Multi Unit Restaurant Leader to oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations. This dynamic role requires a passionate leader who thrives on driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence across all units. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service and operational standards. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction across all units. Analyze financial reports including profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for cost control, revenue enhancement, and process improvements. Utilize data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and operational metrics for informed decision-making. Supervise general managers and restaurant teams, providing coaching, development opportunities, and performance feedback to cultivate a motivated workforce. Implement lean management principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and building strong community relationships. Oversee project management efforts related to renovations, new openings, or operational upgrades ensuring timely and within-budget execution. Foster a culture of leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement through strategic planning sessions and team development programs. Experience Proven management experience in multi-unit restaurant or hospitality operations with a track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence. Strong background in data analysis, profit & loss management, and strategic business planning. Demonstrated success in supervising diverse teams at an executive level with a focus on team development and leadership. Expertise in operational management including process improvement, project management, and implementing lean management practices. Experience in business development initiatives that expand market presence and increase revenue streams. Skilled in supervising teams with a focus on training, coaching, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes high performance.
