  • Sunday As the Restaurant Supervisor you will provide an exceptional guest experience with a focus executing exceptional food while coaching your team and ensuring effective business operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Restaurant Supervisor is a model of company culture by providing superb hospitality, authentic leadership and great food! Day-To-Day Plan and execute opening and closing checklists Ensure team is ready for service Manage guest service standards and ensure team is performing Cook and prepare food for guests as needed, scoop ice cream as needed Communicate with internal business partners Train and develop team members Maintain a sense of urgency Engage with guests in a friendly, inviting manner Work with the leadership team to motivate/elevate staff as a unit Complete all ordering for BOH Address/solve any conflict with fellow leaders in a productive way Enforce hygiene, uniform, and health & safety standards Follow an 'open door' policy Represent and maintain culture standards inside and outside of the restaurants Assist with onboarding of new team members
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years Line cooking experience Minimum 2 year previous management/supervisory experience in restaurant/ bar/ Able to work nights, weekends and thrives in fast-paced environment Full-time availability with a flexible schedule Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Speak fluent English
  • Spanish-speaking a plus!
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on occassion Driven to grow both the company and advance personal career
