Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Monitor machine performance during production Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments Conduct basic equipment inspections and checks Maintain production output goals Follow food safety and company procedures Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment Work closely with production leads and team members Report equipment or production issues to leadership Who we are: Taher, Inc. is a family owned and operated, chef-driven, food service management company providing K-12 school lunch management, campus dining, senior dining, corporate dining and catering, , and vending and office beverage services to clients in our growing nationwide footprint. Requirements:

Qualifications Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred Leadership or lead experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Bi-lingual language including Spanish and/or Vietnamese is preferred Ability to focus on multiple issues simultaneously Previous experience with production metrics Experience with USDA and SQF, both preferred General technical knowledge and proficiency with ability to learn new systems quickly Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods and comfortable working in various temperature conditions Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency Must successfully pass a criminal background check EOE/AA We are proud to offer competitive benefits including: Sick time and paid vacation 401K Opportunities for Advancement Employee Safety is a priority Employee Training and Development #BISJ
