Line Lead Position Summary The Line Lead is responsible for operating production while leading employees on the production line. This role ensures products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to company quality and food safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and direct employees working on the production line Ensure food safety and company compliance standards are followed Train employees on production processes and procedures Maintain production pace and workflow efficiency Identify and escalate production issues Ensure employees remain on task and meet expectations Support a safe and clean working environment Assist with troubleshooting Communicate with supervisors regarding production concerns . Machine Operator Position Summary The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating production equipment while ensuring product quality and production efficiency standards are met. Requirements:
