Job Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive team environment. Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high productivity and operational standards. Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently followed. Assist in training and developing new employees on company procedures and expectations. Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Maintain strong communication with management and fellow shift leaders. Monitor labor, prep levels, and overall shift execution to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Assist with cash handling, deposits, and register accountability. Help maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked restaurant environment. Requirements Must be at least eighteen years of age. Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or leadership roles preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced and physically demanding environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to lead a team while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
