Shift Leader

Looking for a motivated Shift leader with 1+ years experience in the food industry. This can be a seasonal position through mid-November or work through the winter as well 4 days a week. It can be part time or full time. Great for a local college student or someone who wants full time hours. DQ Creates Happiness and ice cream season is upon us! Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance. Must be able to work well with others and have an easy going but work orientated personality. Able to work with teens and create a positive environment. You will be responsible for closing the store on your shifts. We are willing to train the right person and have fun in the process. This can be a seasonal position or year round and can start immediately. Either option is great.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older. Minimum 1-3 years of restaurant experience Able to work evenings and weekends is a must. Typical hours are 3pm-10pm Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred High School diploma or equivalent Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices Work well under pressure packed situations while maintaining a great attitude Comfortable standing for entire shift and able to lift 50 pounds Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the capability to oversee many aspects of the business and multiple areas simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, and promptness Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
