100% availability required (events may run between 5:00 AM - 1:00 AM) During slower weeks, opportunity to pick up shifts in the restaurant to maintain full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise banquet staff during events Lead and execute events from setup through completion Handle A/V setup and basic troubleshooting Interact with clients to ensure a positive experience Maintain strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with team members and guests
