Responsibilities Assist with food production and meal preparation, following established recipes and dietary guidelines Serve meals to customers with professionalism and friendly customer service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas through proper cleaning and sanitation procedures Handle food safely by adhering to food handling regulations and safety protocols Support dietary department tasks such as cleaning utensils and organizing food supplies Ensure timely delivery of meals, managing time effectively to meet scheduled service times Help with food storage, inventory management, and restocking supplies as needed Requirements Previous experience in the food industry is highly desirable Knowledge of food production, preparation, serving, and sanitation practices Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with food handling, cooking, and meal preparation techniques Familiarity with dietary guidelines is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward customers Ability to follow safety protocols related to food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations Prior kitchen experience or culinary background is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Must be ServSafe certified within 30 days of employment Join us in creating a warm, safe dining environment where every meal is served with care!
