Overview Kitchen Lead / Chef
  • Scratch Cooking | $18
  • 23/hr with Tips My Main Street Pizzeria is growing, and we're looking for a creative, dependable Kitchen Lead / Chef who enjoys scratch cooking and leading a small kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to use their creativity, make great food, and take ownership of the kitchen in a supportive family-owned restaurant. You'll play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly, maintaining quality, and creating new specials that keep customers excited. Pay & Schedule
  • $15.00 per hour + tips
  • Tips typically bring total earnings to about $18
  • 23 per hour
  • 25-30 hours per week
  • Set weekly schedule What You'll Do
  • Make our house pizza dough from scratch
  • Set up and manage the pizza line with fresh toppings
  • Prepare menu items with consistency, quality, and speed
  • Create and run weekly specials such as soups, mac bowls, or other creative dishes
  • Portion ingredients to help control food cost
  • Keep ticket times fast and consistent
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
  • Help oversee daily kitchen operations Weekly Responsibilities
  • Inventory and ordering
  • Managing par sheets
  • Reducing food waste and spoilage
  • Prepping for food trailer events
  • Training and guiding kitchen helpers
  • Completing weekly cleaning tasks
