What You'll Do Supervise and lead a team of baristas during assigned shifts. Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the Starbucks store. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly. Train and coach team members to uphold Starbucks standards. Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Assist in the implementation of promotions and marketing initiatives. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Skills Education And Experience Experience in a Starbucks, food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred. Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work. Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
