Matching Program Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct a crew of 30+ production employees across bottling and tablet lines during the night shift. Monitor and manage all aspects of production to meet daily output goals and quality standards. Collaborate with the Formulation and Tablet teams to verify correct products and raw materials are staged and used for each run. Oversee the assembly and packaging of finished goods, ensuring accuracy and consistency at every stage. Ensure all required GMP and FDA documentation is accurately completed, reviewed, and maintained for every production run — including batch records, logbooks, and deviation reports. Identify and resolve production issues, equipment concerns, or personnel matters in a timely and professional manner. Train, coach, and hold crew members accountable to quality, safety, and compliance standards. Perform line clearances and verify correct label and product setup prior to each production run. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production floor at all times. Communicate shift status, production updates, and any issues to management through clear written and verbal reporting. Assist in continuous improvement efforts and help identify process efficiencies.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (supplement, pharmaceutical, food, or similar). Demonstrated experience supervising or leading a production crew of 10 or more employees. Strong understanding of GMP principles and FDA compliance requirements.
