Shift Managers may operate the restaurant independently from time to time with or without direct support from onsite upper management. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting Hawaiian Bros standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next leader to help prepare him/her to run a great shift Key Accountabilities Manage these areas every shift: Internal Communication Inventory Management and organization Daily Maintenance / Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Deviations Training Job Essentials Lead the restaurant during a shift without supervision from a manager Delegate responsibilities to team and ensure they are exceeding guest expectations Ensures all our product is stocked & stored Becomes a subject matter expert in each area of the restaurant Maintains cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Ensure proper set up and breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas Owns open, mid or close routines for the next shift Makes sure all food meets company food safety regulations and is super-delicious Recognizes a job well-done and lives the Hawaiian Bros culture Exemplifies legendary guest service for the whole team INDQS
