Schedule:

40+ hours per week, flexible, with early mornings, occasional evenings, and seasonal event peaks. Sundays are always off.

About the Role As part of our Leadership Team, you'll work directly with our Executive Director, and our other Leaders, to ensure the restaurant operates at peak efficiency. You will be assigned a specific role to oversee based on your skills and experience. We are passionate about company culture and team development, so we are looking for people who share that passion. It truly is our pleasure to serve our guests each day! Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest hospitality and ensure every guest enjoys hot, fresh food. Anticipate and exceed guest needs; handle situations positively and promptly. Strategically impact the business by giving input on future direction as well as putting agreed upon plans into action. Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges. Maintain all quality, service, and cleanliness standards consistently. Manage staffing levels, labor costs, and cash handling. Create a positive and professional atmosphere for Team Members and Guests. Lead, support, and develop Team Leads and Team Members. Support sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Enforce safety, sanitation, and security standards. Model professionalism and integrity in every interaction. What We're Looking For Prior Chick-fil-A leadership experience required (e.g., Kitchen Director, FOH Director, Shift Manager, or similar). Consistent, reliable, and self-motivated. Positive and cheerful attitude. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Hospitality-minded — passionate about serving others. Ability to lead by example and adjust pace as needed. REQUIREMENTS MUST

have at least 2 years of Chick-fil-A experience in a leadership/supervisory role Must be able to work in Liberty, Missouri Must be able to pass E-verify screening Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
