$500 SIGN-ON BONUS Supreme Cuisine is seeking an experienced and motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead to join our growing team. This position is responsible for leading warehouse operations, supporting employees, maintaining inventory accuracy, and safely operating stand-up reach trucks in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Schedule Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Overtime Available as Needed Position Summary The Warehouse Lead will assist with overseeing daily warehouse activities while ensuring safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, and employee performance standards are met. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience and strong stand-up reach truck skills. Responsibilities Lead and support warehouse team members during daily operations Safely operate stand-up reach trucks and warehouse equipment Coordinate receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory activities Train and coach employees on safety and operational procedures Monitor productivity and workflow throughout the shift Assist with inventory control and cycle counting Ensure GMP, food safety, and company policies are followed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate operational concerns and opportunities for improvement to management Qualifications Minimum 2 years of stand-up reach truck experience required Previous warehouse lead, supervisor, or leadership experience preferred Experience in food manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse operations preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Dependable attendance and work ethic Work Environment Cold Storage and Dry Warehouse Areas Refrigerated Cooler Environment Fast-Paced Warehouse Operations Frequent Equipment Operation Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 pounds Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Safely operate warehouse equipment Work in cooler and warehouse environments Benefits $500 Sign-On Bonus Competitive Pay Stable Employment Career Advancement Opportunities Supportive Team Environment Growing Food Manufacturing Company Apply Today!
