Requirements Previous experience in a management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
