We've been part of our community for more than a decade and we take good care of our guests, our coworkers, and our neighborhood. We're looking for a Line Cook Shift Lead to help support our kitchen team during our busiest days. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys cooking, working alongside a team, and helping create an organized, positive, high-performing kitchen. This is a working shift lead position. You'll spend the majority of your shift cooking, preparing food, plating dishes, stocking stations, and helping the kitchen operate efficiently alongside the rest of the crew. In addition to your regular line cook responsibilities, you'll help coordinate the flow of service, support coworkers, communicate with management, and make sure standards are being maintained throughout the shift.
