JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Food and Nutritional Services is a Management position responsible for overseeing all foodservice/clinical activities, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES

Provide direction and guidance for all foodservice operations Develop strategies for delivering high-quality, compliant food choices Comply with regulatory standards and confidentiality regulations Manage budget, expenses, and payroll activities Lead team in providing clinical and therapeutic services Participate in patient satisfaction programs and quality improvement initiatives

SKILLS:

Strong leadership and management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Experience in food service operations Ability to manage budgets and track expenses

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor s or advanced degree in foods, nutrition, or food service administration (Master s preferred)

Licensure/Certification:

Completion of a dietetic internship approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; Current Missouri Licensure for

Registered Dietitians Work Experience:

1-3 years of Leadership and Management experience
