Shift Leader Responsibilities As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in store operations and team leadership. You'll be expected to: Lead by example, whether you're the designated manager on duty or not Execute opening and closing procedures Take customer orders and ensure top-notch service Prepare products from start to finish with quality and speed Maintain a clean and organized environment Manage inventory, food and labor costs, and cash handling Delegate tasks effectively and support team development

Requirements:
