Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Morning or an Evening Shift Team Member in Madison, MS, and become a vital part of delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced, friendly environment! This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in quick service and food industry settings. As a Evening Shift Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing delicious food, openings and preparing the store for operations, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting a vibrant team atmosphere. Duties Prepare and assemble food orders with precision, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Support food handling procedures, ensuring proper sanitation and safe food preparation practices in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy morning shifts Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in a restaurant, café, retail grocery store, or food industry setting is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bussing tables or cleaning workstations Join us and start your day with energy!
