• 7pm June through November Join our vibrant team as a Campground Lead , where you will help drive the daily operations and guest experience at Bozeman Hot Springs Campground.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee campground front desk operations, support rover staff, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and welcoming stay. This is a dynamic, outdoor hospitality position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service. Employment runs from the end of May/beginning of June to the end of October/early November. What You'll Do Oversee daily campground front desk operations, including guest check-ins, reservations, and inquiries Lead and train campground registration staff Serve as the on-shift point of contact for team members and guest concerns Ensure campsites, cabins, and public areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready Coordinate campsite assignments and communicate maintenance or safety concerns Assist guests with questions, special requests, and local recommendations Help enforce campground policies while maintaining positive guest relations Support daily checklists, scheduling communication, and operational updates Lead by example in professionalism, accountability, and hospitality standards What We're Looking For Previous campground, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience preferred Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences Leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members Excellent communication skills and professionalism Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus but not required Reliable and committed for the full seasonal term Schedule Friday
