What you'll do Day-to-day responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing front and back of house team through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management Maintain operational systems that ensure consistent quality, speed, and guest experience Own scheduling, labor management, and cost controls to hit financial targets Foster a restaurant culture grounded in hospitality, accountability, and genuine Southern warmth Monitor and manage inventory, vendor relationships, and product cost Drive community engagement, and catering or event opportunities Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance Identify gaps and proactively propose and implement improvements across all areas of the restaurant. What we're looking for You might be the right fit if...
