Shift Leader

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality experience. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance. Manage shift schedules and allocate tasks effectively to meet operational needs. Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting to ensure cost-effective operations. Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, to process transactions and manage orders efficiently. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Uphold health and safety standards within the establishment. Requirements Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in fine dining. Strong knowledge of shift management practices and supervisory skills. Familiarity with budgeting processes and inventory management. Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A commitment to providing exceptional service and helping others succeed.
