Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to safety protocols Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage food preparation processes, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and sanitation Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling Assist with food handling, cashiering, bussing tables, and general food service duties to support team efficiency Drive sales through upselling techniques and promote menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue Maintain accurate cash registers, perform basic math calculations for transactions, and handle cash responsibly Enforce food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices in compliance with industry regulations Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies when needed Foster a positive work environment by coaching team members on best practices in food industry standards Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants preferred; restaurant experience is highly valued Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus Strong understanding of food preparation, food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and food handling procedures Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and increase sales through customer engagement Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Experience in customer service roles within the food industry or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafés Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to teamwork and guest interaction Join us today to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences!
