Boutique Inn Full-time Bar Shift Lead

The Inn at Crestwood is looking for a full-time, Bar Shift Lead to create and serve drinks to guests during their stay. This role is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus. Half will be paid out after 90 days of employment, and the other half will be paid out after 180 days of employment. The Job A typical day for a Bar Shift Lead at the Inn at Crestwood consists of creating and serving drinks to the guests while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Duties Include:

Prepare and serve beverages Stock and replenish bar supplies Maintain cleanliness of bar area Respond to guest requests Verify that guests are of legal drinking age when serving alcoholic beverages What would make me successful in this role?
