Responsibilities:

Lead and support team members during shifts. Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy across all operations. Train, coach, and develop team members. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. Handle guest concerns and ensure a positive experience. Support scheduling, inventory, and daily operations.

Requirements:

Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. High standards for quality, service, and accountability
