Shift Leader (Clayton, NC)

Marco's Pizza is one of the fastest-growing pizza brands in the country, known for fresh ingredients, quality food, and outstanding customer service. We're looking for a driven, hands-on Shift Leader to lead our team, deliver great guest experiences, and run a successful, profitable store. Position Overview The shift leader is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including team leadership, customer satisfaction, food quality, and financial performance. This role requires a leader who can motivate a team, maintain high standards, and manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met Assist in Control costs, manage inventory, and meet sales and profit goals Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly Enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards Assist the GM with Monitoring labor, food costs, and operational metrics to improve performance Create a positive, respectful, and energetic work environment Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience (pizza or QSR preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to manage labor and food costs Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on leadership style Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Training and support from a growing brand A positive, team-oriented work environment Ready to Lead?
