Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our Pet Care Resort. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, instructing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties:
Lead and motivate team members to achieve safety, quality pet care and efficiency.
Oversee staff on daily duties and insure company policies and procedures are acceptable.
Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers
Monitor and analyze staff performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Will assist in kennel duties, baths, nails and general housekeeping.
Answer phones
making reservations and general information.
Requirements:
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, multi tasking in a sometimes fast paced environment.
Proficiency in using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
