Senior Team Lead - 2nd Shift

Your main tasks:

Oversee multiple functional departments within the operation, ensuring alignment to business objectives, service levels, and operational excellence standards Foster safety, accountability and continuous improvement culture Align inbound, outbound, and inventory operations, including handoffs Help track the accountability of the department on all transactions Produce regular reports and statistics as required Participate and/or lead in continuous improvement events

Qualifications:

Driver's License Required High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required 3-5+ years of leadership experience Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with WMS or ERP systems Proficient in
