Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dynamic Managers, Clerks, Supervisors, and Employee Workers to join our vibrant team in the food service industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support daily operations within a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient food management. Whether overseeing kitchen activities, managing front-of-house service, or supporting team training, you will play a vital role in delivering top-quality hospitality. All positions are paid, emphasizing the importance of valuing every team member's contribution to our success. Duties Supervise daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Oversee inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Lead staff training initiatives on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures to foster a high-performing team. Coordinate shift management activities including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Monitor food safety compliance and implement best practices for food handling and sanitation. Support restaurant management by analyzing profit and loss statements, assisting with budgeting, and driving overall food service excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking. Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within the hospitality or food industry. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices. Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and interviewing potential employees. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management and guest satisfaction. Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Culinary experience including fine dining or catering is a plus; hotel or banquet experience is advantageous. Join our team to lead with energy and passion! Pay:
$48,547.32 - $58,465.59 per year
