Ready to bring your leadership skills to a high-energy team with serious room for growth? Join the PG1 Restaurants family at our Jersey Mike's! We are actively looking for impactful Shift Leaders to help run our King NC location, support our teams, and fast-track into higher management roles.

Pay & Total Earnings Total Hourly Range:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour (Base + Tips)
The Breakdown:
$12.00 - $14.00 Base Pay (depending on managerial experience) + $2.00/hr Guaranteed Tips.
Stable Income:
Your tip share is added to every single hour you work, guaranteed.
Advanced Career Path:
We actively mentor our Shift Leaders to step up into Assistant Manager and Lead Assistant roles within our growing network.
Availability & Shifts Shift Flexibility:
Open availability is required. We need leaders who can comfortably open the shop for morning prep or close it down securely at night.
Weekend Priority:
Weekend availability is required to lead our teams through our busiest, high-volume days. What You'll Do (Leadership in Action) Run the
Floor:
Supervise team members on shift, delegating tasks effectively to ensure lightning-fast speed of service and a great guest experience.
Maintain Quality:
Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, cleanliness protocols, and overall store appearance. Coach the
Team:
Act as a mentor to Crew Members, helping them master the craft and bring high energy to every single shift.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
Minimum of 6+ months of restaurant shift lead, supervisor, or keyholder experience is preferred.
Age Requirement:
Must be 18+ to safely operate store slicing equipment.
Accountability:
A responsible leader who leads by example, maintains a positive attitude under pressure, and always shows up on time.
