Moes Crew Members Moe's is seeking bright, motivated All-Stars who want to become a part of the Moe's crew. Everyone from the General Manager down, we all work on the service line where you get to interact with the guests as they go down the line ordering their food. • Moes can write your schedule around your life. Just let us know what days and how many hours you want to work and we will create a plan tailored for you. Moe's can offer: short days, long days, mornings, nights, weekdays, weekends, full-time, part-time, you name it. We will work with your individual needs.
• Competitive Pay
• We are paying $11
• $14 an hour (depending on your experience) Plus Tips
• Crew average $2
• 3 extra per hour in tips which can put your pay rate up in the $15
• 17 an hour range.
• TIPS!
• Crew Members receive $2
• $3 an hour in tips (depending on how busy we are and how well we take care of our guests). Add the minimum amount to your starting wage and you have a very strong pay rate of roughly $13
• $17 an hour. But on busy weeks/months it could be up to $4 extra an hour.
• Advancement

• We have a couple different positions on the service line.

The first position is the most interactive with the guests and there's plenty to do for those who like to be busy. There is a grill position for those who like to cook. Line Crew are there to add the fresh ingredients to each guests burrito/taco/bowl. Swing Position is in charge of all our Free Chips! And last but not least is our Cashier position. We have plenty of variety to keep you interested. And raises come for those who want to master every job on the line.
