As a key leader on the floor, you will oversee shift activities, supervise staff, and uphold our high standards for food quality, safety, and exceptional service. Your energetic leadership will motivate your team to deliver memorable dining experiences while maintaining efficiency and adherence to company policies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills and make a positive impact in a lively hospitality setting. Duties Lead and manage daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively Supervise team members, including training new staff, providing coaching, and fostering a positive work environment Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards while adhering to food safety regulations Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Ensure compliance with health and safety standards related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety Support customer service efforts by resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and contribute to ongoing training & development initiatives Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant environment, including kitchen areas and dining spaces Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns diplomatically Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices Ability to train staff effectively and support their professional growth Knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, catering, bar service, or hotel experience is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality management with a focus on teamwork, training & development, and operational excellence Join us as a Restaurant Shift Leader where your energy fuels our success!
