This role works alongside the team in both Crafter and Guest Service Representative functions while helping guide the shift and maintain a positive bakery environment. Thursday through Sunday availability is necessary for this role. Key Responsibilities Lead and support bakery team members during assigned shifts Provide outstanding guest service by assisting customers with orders, questions, and recommendations Perform Guest Service Representative duties , including operating the POS system, handling cash/credit transactions, packaging cakes, and maintaining a welcoming bakery environment Perform Crafter duties , including frosting, decorating, and preparing cakes according to brand standards Help maintain product quality, presentation, and inventory levels Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily shift operations Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the bakery Help train and support team members while ensuring efficient workflow Here are some others: We have great operating hours - no late nights!
