CPR Full Job Description Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance to direct care staff during assigned shifts. Ensure adequate staff coverage and adherence to staffing ratios. Monitor resident activities and ensure a safe, structured environment. Respond to behavioral incidents, crises, and emergencies according to policy. Conduct shift briefings and communicate important information to staff. Complete required documentation, reports, and incident notifications. Assist with resident supervision, transportation, appointments, and activities as needed. Ensure implementation of treatment plans, behavior support plans, and daily programming. Monitor medication administration processes and report concerns. Serve as a role model for professional conduct and therapeutic interactions. Participate in staff training and ongoing professional development. Report maintenance, safety, and facility concerns promptly.
Requirements:
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum two (2) years of experience working with youth in residential treatment, mental health, or human services. Previous supervisory experience preferred. CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Prevention/Intervention certification (or ability to obtain). Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
