Responsibilities:

Lead and support team members during shifts. Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy across all operations. Train, coach, and develop team members. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. Handle guest concerns and ensure a positive experience. Support scheduling, inventory, and daily operations. Support daily operations in both kitchen and front-of-house. Prepare food and assist with orders. Provide excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Follow all food safety and company standards.

Requirements:

Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
