Shift Leader - Fast Food Restaurant (On-site)

Shift leaders help oversee in-store operations during their shift. The Shift leader plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Shift leaders must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a Shift leader, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive, and follow all guidelines and initiatives outlined in the employee handbook.

Responsibilities :

Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu. Proactively encouraged satisfied customers to leave positive reviews, helping improve overall ratings and online reputation Work together with the line team to prepare burgers to customer specifications, while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements. Use specific kitchen machinery such as knives, grills, fryers, etc. Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing and wiping tables, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms. Following all checklists. Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to Wayback Burgers Standards and policies. Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing required uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code. Open and close the store

Requirements :
