Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member/Shift Leader, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional food service experiences. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining quality standards and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing and cash handling. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and providing product recommendations to enhance sales through upselling techniques. Manage daily restaurant operations including cashiering, food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Assist in training new team members on food preparation, POS usage, and customer service protocols. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Support team members during busy periods to ensure quick service and a positive dining experience for all guests. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service or fast-food restaurant environments, or retail food industry settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong culinary skills complemented by knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Effective sales and upselling abilities to maximize revenue opportunities. Customer service expertise with a friendly attitude and strong communication skills. Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management.
