Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Shift Leader or Crew Member and become the heart of our fast-paced, customer-focused environment! Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food handling duties such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food storage practices. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks like cashiering, food prep, and customer assistance. Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment use to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues in daily operations. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards within the food industry. Experience working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is advantageous. Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching comfortably. Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling and sales transactions.
