Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of frontline associates to consistently exceed performance targets. Monitor daily productivity, quality, and service metrics, and implement corrective strategies where needed. Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex issues, exercising sound judgment and decisive leadership. Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to drive individual and team growth. Analyze team performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Partner with site leadership to align daily operations with broader organizational goals. Support onboarding and training initiatives to ensure new team members ramp quickly and effectively. Champion a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or leadership capacity within a call center, sales, or customer operations environment. Demonstrated ability to lead teams to meet or exceed performance benchmarks. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into action. Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Proficiency with standard business software and the ability to learn operational systems quickly. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or leadership certifications a plus.
