Job Description
Wayback Wilson is looking for experienced & dedicated restaurant Shift Lead/Grill Cook who can work minimum 32 hours per week. Work times will vary between 9:30 am to 9.30 pm ( Ability to work split shifts is a plus. Shift Lead works in the kitchen, preparing food on the grill, fryer, as well as helping customers through the ordering process, preparing orders , cleaning the restaurant, and completing other tasks assigned by Management. To be successful in this role, you must be willing to manage restaurant operations and train other employees. You will be working side-by-side with your team to deliver an amazing experience for every customer. We're a fast-casual burger joint, serving fresh burgers, hand-dipped milkshakes, and more.
