This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in bar and nightlife management who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities Manage nightly operations of the nightclub, bar, and entertainment areas. Lead, motivate, and supervise bartenders, servers, security personnel, and support staff. Ensure outstanding customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns. Oversee bar operations, cash handling, inventory management, and nightly reconciliation. Perform and supervise all opening and closing procedures. Maintain compliance with liquor laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Assist with scheduling, staff development, and performance management. Help coordinate special events, promotions, and entertainment activities. Foster a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for guests and employees. Follows music trends and has strong music knowledge Qualifications Previous experience in nightclub, bar, or hospitality management preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience with cash handling, inventory control, and staff supervision. Must be at least 21 years of age.
