Job Description

Job Overview:
Luna Fargo is seeking a responsible and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and support the management team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service flow, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and staff performance Support hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards Coordinate staff schedules and shift coverage
Requirements:
Previous restaurant supervisor or hospitality experience preferred Strong leadership and team coordination skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to handle fast-paced environments and multitask
