Shift Supervisor Red's Savoy Pizza - 4.3 Fargo, ND Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $16 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer service Writing skills English Driver's License POS Leadership Restaurant experience Full Job Description The Shift Supervisor's primary purpose is to rid the world of skimpy, wimpy pizza through excellence in team leadership, store operations, and customer service. This is a hands-on position that assists with the day-to-day operations of the store.
Essential Position Functions:
Assist with managing the day-to-day Operations. Help build a strong team through training, and coaching in the moment. Ensure Safety and Sanitation procedures are in place and consistently met. Provide excellence in Customer Service. Enforce schedules to maximize customer service and profitability. Prepare and serve food. Help manage inventory including ordering, receiving, stocking, and cost management. Accurately complete Cash Management procedures including banking. Help manage P & L to meet financial goals. Help prepare and maintain records such as inventory, daily sales, and event details. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Certifications:
Demonstrated ability to build and lead strong teams. Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, valid car insurance. Demonstrated proficiency in essential restaurant functions such as: safety & sanitation, food preparation and service, inventory management, policy administration, team building, and customer service. Excellent communication skills. Technical proficiency to operate POS, Computer, Scheduling system, and Google Work Space. Basic math skills to complete preparation lists, inventory, reporting, and analysis. Preference for working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
Education & Work Experience:
Restaurant Management High School Diploma Working Conditions Schedule will vary based on business demand and will include nights, weekends and some holidays, this is a part to full-time position, targeted at 25-35 hours per week. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 40 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion. Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operate mobile phones, computers, and point of sale system.
