Qualifications & Experience Required:
Must be at least 19 years of age Associate degree or equivalent related experience Minimum three (3) years of food and beverage management experience Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in a high-volume beverage or gaming environment Experience supporting banquet, entertainment, bar, or restaurant operations Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Strong point-of-sale (POS) operational and programming experience Knowledge of health, hospitality, and food service regulations Experience with operational budgeting, inventory controls, and financial accountability Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred:
Previous experience in gaming or casino beverage operations ServSafe certification TIPS Alcohol Awareness certification Work Environment & Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout beverage and gaming areas Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Exposure to loud noise, secondhand smoke, and hospitality environment conditions Requires manual dexterity, coordination, balance, and prolonged physical activity Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive decision-making responsibilities Frequent verbal communication with guests, team members, and leadership Ability to operate POS systems, beverage equipment, and general office tools Schedule This is a part-time Swing Shift position. Due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be available to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs.
