Job Summary Join Canteen, a leader in innovative foodservice solutions, as a District Manager and take your career to the next level. We are seeking a results-driven, growth-minded leader to oversee multiple dining and food service operations. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, lead high-performing teams, and ensure strong financial results while delivering exceptional client and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent adherence to Canteen's food quality, safety, merchandising, and brand standards across all locations Lead district operations in alignment with company policies and strategic initiatives, in partnership with senior leadership Conduct operational audits and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls Develop and monitor accurate unit-level and district-wide forecasts to support business goals Ensure achievement of both company and client financial targets Drive execution of Canteen programs, culinary initiatives, and service innovations Support, coach, and develop unit leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Ensure proper management and maintenance of company assets and resources
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing P&L-driven food service operations across multiple sites ServSafe certification and strong knowledge of HACCP standards Proven ability to analyze financial data and make strategic business decisions Experience with menu development and food program execution Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams Associates at Canteen are offered many fantastic benefits.
