Job Description

The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time or part-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. Ensuring the highest level of service to guests is our greatest priority. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and effectively prioritize multiple tasks. What will you do? Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service, and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met Assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks Assist managers in team member training and compliance Investigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures and operational areas in need of attention, as well as assist in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume Greet guests positively, professionally, and as an individual, and monitor guests' and team members' needs within your assigned area More about you Experience working in a restaurant; beneficial to have two years of supervisory experience Self-motivated, superior organization, and guest service abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer relation skills No college degree required Physical requirements Must be able to carry up to 35 lbs Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms Shift details
