Job Overview:

McDonald's in Plymouth, NH is hiring an experienced and dependable Overnight Manager to lead the overnight shift and ensure smooth restaurant operations during late hours. We're looking for someone with prior management experience who can supervise the team, maintain operational standards, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support crew members during the overnight shift Ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and fully stocked Maintain fast, friendly, and accurate service for all customers Handle register transactions and assist with cash management when needed Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as necessary Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and operational standards are followed Assist with training, coaching, and guiding team members Prepare the restaurant for the morning opening shift when needed

General Requirements:

Previous management or supervisory experience required Ability to reliably work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Positive attitude and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
